Freshman Broen Holman and senior Adin Dibble from Sonora High in California took the top two spots in the Division 4 boys race at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Subsection meet at Calaveras County Fairgrounds in Angels Camp. Holman covered the 3-mile course in 15:42.2, followed by Dibble in 15:42.3 to help Sonora advance to the section championship meet Nov. 13 at the Willow Hills Course in Folsom. Holman and Dibble also ran the two fastest times of the entire event, regardless of division.
